Setting the "Benchmarc" for Fine Family Dining in New York City

We had the pleasure of interviewing Pamela and learning about her role at Benchmarc, her passion for film and the R.E.S.T initiative, a non-profit organization that works to alleviate the fear, anxiety and stress of chemotherapy treatment which she founded.
