A New Way to Relieve Stress


Everyone handles stress differently. Whether you eat, exercise, read, or watch your favorite movie we all have activities that work for us. But how many of you ever relieved stress in college by playing with a dog? This is just what Tufts University is doing for stressed-out students. NYU alumnus Michael Bliss who is currently resident director at Tufts came up with the idea of bringing dogs for stressed-out students to play with after participating in a similar program at New York University.
