Lisa Drayer (GSAS '00) – Nutritionist and Weight Loss Expert

drayerbk.jpg Lisa Drayer, an alumna of the Masters Program in Science, Health, and Environmental Reporting at GSAS, is a nutritionist who has helped many individuals improve their health and achieve their weight loss goals. She was a regular contributor to CNN with her “Breakfast with Daybreak” segment. She has also made appearances on network morning shows, including the "Today" Show on NBC and ABC’s "Good Morning America." Lisa is the weight loss and nutrition expert for Women’s Health magazine, where she answers readers' diet questions in her monthly column. Her advice has appeared in several other national magazines and newspapers, including Elle, Fitness, McCall’s, Family Circle, Marie Claire, Bon Appetit, Seventeen, Natural Health, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and The Chicago Tribune.

Lisa has written two books, most recently The Beauty Diet: Looking Great has Never Been So Delicious.

She is the recipient of the American Dietetic Association's 2005 Media Excellence Award, given on behalf of ADA's 70,000 members.
