Elizabeth Gilbert (WSC '91) - Following Up Her Bestselling Memoir

Committed.jpgElizabeth Gilbert’s (WSC ’91) hugely popular memoir, Eat, Pray, Love, chronicles her journey to Italy, India, and Bali after going through a divorce. While that book was about finding herself while traveling through three countries, her new book, Committed: A Skeptic Makes Peace with Marriage, is about doing something she never thought she’d do again – remarry. According to an article in O Magazine
“If [Eat, Pray, Love] was a response to Gilbert's brutal divorce, her stirring new book, Committed, is a meditation on marriage.”
If you’re in the New York City area on January 5, you can attend a reading by Ms. Gilbert at the Barnes and Noble in Union Square. For more information on Elizabeth Gilbert and her new book, which is being released today, visit her website.
